Settings → System → Follow-ups is a rep's list of scheduled callbacks, generated automatically whenever a call is dispositioned Callback scheduled. It's organized into Upcoming, Done, Cancelled, and All tabs, so you can track what's still outstanding versus what's been worked. If this list is empty, it simply means no calls have been dispositioned as callbacks yet, not that the feature is misconfigured.
