The My Accounts & Prospects tab on your Dashboard gives you a full picture of your calling list: where it comes from, how many accounts and prospects are loaded, the health of the phone numbers in it, and who you're calling today. Check this tab before a dialing session if you want to understand what you're about to work, rather than diving straight into the Live dialer.
