Above the prospect list, a row of status tabs (All, Answered, Answered but missed, Voicemail, Not Answered, Dialed, Never Dialed and Callbacks) lets you filter the list by what's happened with each prospect. The All tab shows only call tasks that are actually due for you today, rather than every task type in the queue, so it stays focused on what you can action by phone right now. When parallel dialing connects two prospects at the same moment, only one of those calls can go to you and the other has to be dropped; that dropped call is automatically logged to the Answered but missed tab rather than being lost, so you can follow up on it later.
