You can drag and drop prospects within the dial list to reorder them. Reordering scrolls smoothly as you drag an item near the top or bottom of the visible list, and while a call is actively dialing, the prospect being dialed is not pinned in place on screen, so you can continue scrolling the list normally during an active dial, the same way you would at any other time.
