Vokkl's Live dialer supports two dialing modes. Parallel mode is the default described above: up to five lines dial at once, and Vokkl bridges you in the instant any one of them connects. Power mode dials one line at a time instead, so you're on the line the moment that single call is answered. Power mode trades away parallel dialing's higher connect throughput for a simpler, single-line flow, which some reps or campaigns (for example, a smaller or higher-touch account list) prefer. You can switch between modes from the Live dialer session screen before you start dialing.
