Vokkl's navigation and settings adapt to your role. As an Admin, you'll see the full Settings menu, including Members and Seats, Billing, Teams, and Integrations, alongside your own personal dialing and coaching tools. Reps without admin access will generally see their own dialing, call log, and coaching tools, but not org-wide settings like billing or integrations management.
If you believe you're missing access you should have, ask your Vokkl admin to check your role under Settings → Org → Members and Seats.
